Karrie Giles has over 15 years of experience in business operations and change management, currently serving as the Business Operations & Change Manager at Macquarie Technology Group since March 2010. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager: Delivery, where Karrie led a team to provide Telco and Cloud solutions, and Program Manager: Learning & Development, overseeing a nationwide transformation for Learning and Development initiatives. Karrie's background also includes positions such as National Customer Service Manager, Senior Service Manager, and Account Management Team Lead, demonstrating a strong focus on customer experience and operational improvement. Karrie began the career at Zintel as an Account Manager, managing a large portfolio of corporate clients. Karrie holds a Diploma of Leadership & Management from the Australian Institute of Management and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from the University of Technology Sydney.
