Deepak Thorai is a seasoned technology professional with over 13 years of experience in systems development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Development Engineer at Macquarie Telecom Group since March 2023, Deepak has previously held significant roles, including Technology Architect at Infosys from January 2010 to February 2023, OSS Lead at Optus from October 2019 to February 2022, and OSS Engineer at Telstra from August 2014 to April 2018. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, completed in 2009.
