Sue Coles is a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer at Macquarie Group since August 2024, with extensive experience in product design. Prior to Macquarie Group, Sue held the role of Senior Product Designer at Lendi, where design solutions for brokers and their customers were developed. At Jaguar Land Rover, Sue led design initiatives for both internal platforms and customer-facing apps, focusing on improving usability processes. As Lead Product Designer at WSP, Sue simplified complex data in a mapping platform to enhance user accessibility. Earlier career highlights include positions at BBC as a Product Designer/UI and as Co-owner & Designer at SMILE. Sue holds a first-class honours degree in Visual Communication (Graphic Design) from Birmingham City University.
