Haryharan Manoharan currently serves as the Data Engagement Lead at Macquarie Group, focusing on risk management through data and digital products since July 2023. Prior to this role, Haryharan accumulated extensive experience at EY from August 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading APAC Data Strategy & Enablement as well as holding various managerial positions within APAC Assurance Technology and Analytics. Earlier experience includes a role as a Finance Insight Analyst at Telefónica from February 2014 to July 2015, involving data mining and report automation. Haryharan holds a Master of Science in Finance and Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Economics from the University of Leicester, complemented by a diploma from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
