Joe Nabhan, GISP, currently serves as GIS Manager and previously held the position of GIS Analyst III at Macon-Bibb County Government since December 2016. Prior experience includes roles as IT Specialist at Winter Park Resort, where Joe developed a real-time location mapping service, and Data Acquisition Technician II at Sanborn, where aerial imagery was acquired for Bing Maps. Joe also worked as GIS Specialist at Mountain Parks Electric, Inc., maintaining GIS models and providing CAD services, and as GIS Analyst for the City of Grand Prairie, contributing to the enterprise geodatabase and municipal utilities GIS model.
