Anoshe Waheed currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Macmillan Cancer Support since August 2023 and holds a position as a Board Trustee at Women's Aid in Luton since May 2022. Previously, Anoshe has extensive experience at Frontline - Changing Lives from January 2016 to July 2023, where roles included Head of People, Head of Programmes, and Project Manager. Additional experience includes working as an Entrepreneurship Associate at Virgin Unite in 2015, Campaigns Co-ordinator at Save the Children UK from 2013 to 2014, and as a PA/Office Manager at Y Care International from 2012 to 2013. Anoshe is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 Senior People Professional degree at Reed Learning, expected to complete in June 2025, and holds an MA in International Development: Development Management and a degree in Politics & Modern History from The University of Manchester.
