Jonathan Moorhead is a Senior Mining Engineer at Macmahon since December 2022, with a solid background in mining engineering across various companies. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as a Mining Engineer at Strandline Resources Limited, providing design, scheduling, and optimization support for a greenfield mineral sands project. Jonathan's experience includes significant roles at MEC Mining and Maptek, where comprehensive mining engineering support and training were delivered to numerous clients and projects in Western Australia and internationally. Jonathan began the professional career at Macmahon, progressing through positions from Graduate Mining Engineer to Project Engineer, focusing on both open pit and underground mining operations. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from the University of Wollongong.
