Riyad Mohamed has extensive experience in IT and ERP administration, currently serving as the Dynamics NAV/BC ERP Administrator and Group IT Manager at MACKSONS HOLDINGS LTD since January 2009, where significant savings in ERP customization costs have been achieved through effective database maintenance for multiple companies. Prior experience includes IT Manager at MACKSONS PAINTS LANKA (PVT) LTD from February 2006 to December 2008, where software tools and databases were developed to streamline departmental needs and play a key role in ERP implementation. Riyad also served as an Instructor in Computer Technology at the University of Colombo from September 1998 to January 2006, overseeing a faculty network comprising over 200 PCs and servers. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's in Commerce and Business Studies and an MBA in Information Systems, both from institutions in Colombo, complemented by a Certificate in Software Design & Development.
