Claudia D'Souza has extensive experience in investment management operations and business analysis, currently serving as Office Team Lead and Senior Analyst at Mackenzie Investments since July 2019. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at Scotiabank from September 2013 to July 2019 in various positions, including Lead Contracts/Business Analyst. Earlier experience includes roles at Torstar Corporation as an Executive Assistant in Finance, TELUS as an Operations Coordinator, and TD as a Customer Service Representative. Claudia holds a degree in Business Administration Accounting, specializing in Accounting and Finance from Sheridan College, earned between 2004 and 2007.
