Chad Messier, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Mackenzie Investments since April 2021, Chad previously held roles at Scotiabank, focusing on portfolio management and investment product development. Prior to Scotiabank, Chad worked at Invesco Ltd. in product management and at TD Asset Management in investment manager selection. Other notable experiences include a Private Equity Associate position at Brookfield Asset Management and being an Investment Consultant at Banco Santander. Chad's early career includes serving as an Investment Associate at Laurentian Bank of Canada. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Economics from HEC Montréal.
