Jacquelyn Bays, PE, is a Senior Engineer at MacKay & Somps, a position held since January 2013. Prior to this role, Jacquelyn served as an Administrative Assistant at the College of Humanities and Fine Arts at CSU Chico from January 2009 to January 2013, and was also President of the Society of Women Engineers - Chico Section A052. Earlier engineering experience includes internships at MacKay & Somps and Dokken Engineering in 2012 and 2010, respectively. Jacquelyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, from 2008 to 2012, following graduation from Rancho Buena Vista High School in 2008.
