Anastasia Baumann has a diverse range of work experience across multiple companies and roles. Anastasia most recently worked at machtfit GmbH as a Customer Success Operations Manager since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sharpist as a Senior Specialist Coach Experience from May 2020 to January 2021 and as a Coach Selection Specialist from February 2019 to April 2020. Before that, they had a role in Product Management at VIP Sportstravel GmbH from October 2017 to September 2018.

Anastasia also gained experience as a Project Assistant at UFA SHOW & FACTUAL GmbH from February 2017 to May 2017 and as a Project Manager at sportvorort Eventagentur GmbH from May 2016 to October 2016. Anastasia started their career as a Business Researcher at Pisacane Information Services GmbH from October 2015 to April 2016 and as a Media Analyst at PRIME Research from November 2011 to February 2013.

Anastasia Baumann completed their education with a Master's Degree in Sport Management from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, from the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business & Management from Oxford Brookes University, spanning from 2011 to 2014. In their earlier years, they attended Kepler-Gymnasium in Freiburg, Germany, where they earned their Abitur in General Studies from 2002 to 2011. Anastasia also spent a year at EF International Academy, between 2008 and 2009, where they obtained their AS-levels in Mathematics, Economics, Applied Business, and Media Studies.
