Tracy Worden has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They began their career as a Lead Developer for Tetra Tech in 1992, where they provided administrative and supervisory functions for a team of developers. They also created development standards and practices and performed code reviews. In 2008, Tracy joined NAVAIR as a Computer Scientist, where they were responsible for the technical vision and architecture of the All Weapons Information System (AWIS) program. Under their leadership, the AWIS portfolio grew significantly, and they managed a yearly budget of $9 million. Tracy then joined DuPont Pioneer in 2011 as an IT Manager, overseeing application rationalization and reduction efforts. They also led application migration and server infrastructure projects during the merger and separation process with Dow and Corteva. In 2018, Tracy joined Meredith Corporation as a Director of Application and Cloud Security. They built and directed the Application and Cloud security team, setting strategic directions and managing the security of the company's cloud infrastructure. Currently, Tracy is the Director of Research and Development at MachiningCloud, where they manage global teams in delivering a SaaS and eCommerce platform intended to revolutionize the manufacturing industry.
Tracy Worden completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business, with a duration from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, Tracy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, and Management from Teikyo Westmar University, studied from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Tracy received a certification in Security+ from CompTIA in October 2009.
