Arthur Penteado is a Partner specializing in M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Markets at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados. Previously, Arthur held the position of M&A Foreign Associate at Skadden Arps and worked as an Advogado at Carvalhosa & Eizirik Advogados. Arthur attained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2002 to 2005, as well as an LLM in Corporate Law from King's College London from 2002 to 2003.
