Tom Graham has extensive experience in IT service delivery, particularly within the construction industry, having worked at Mace since February 2008 in various roles culminating as Head of IT Service Delivery. Responsibilities have included managing IT service delivery, support, and procurement, as well as overseeing the IT Deployment Team and maintaining supplier relationships. Previous roles include positions at Dell, Toyota Motor Corporation, Thales, and Vodafone UK, where Tom gained expertise in technical support, project management, and IT infrastructure across a range of sectors. Tom holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Merton College.
