Mandy Willis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and tax structuring. Currently serving as the Group Board Director of Corporate Strategy at Mace since October 2014, Mandy is responsible for corporate structuring, funding, and Research & Development, while also being a key member of the Development Board and Innovation Board. Previously, Mandy held the position of Group Director of Tax at BDO UK LLP from January 2002 to March 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing tax matters for high net worth individuals and structuring bespoke personal and corporate incentivization strategies.
