Jennifer Kretchmar is an experienced executive with a robust background in digital strategy and merchandising. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Mace Security International since October 2020, Jennifer previously held the position of Chief Digital and Merchandising Officer at Build-A-Bear Workshop from 2014 to 2024. Jennifer's extensive experience includes serving as SVP of Product & Brand Management for Stride Rite Children's Group at Wolverine World Wide from 2003 to 2014, as well as Senior Product Manager at The Timberland Company from 2000 to 2003. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Product Manager at GoldBug from 1996 to 2000. Jennifer is an alumna of San Francisco State University and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
