Shir Cornblum is an Associate Attorney at Macdonald & Cody, LLP since November 2020, where responsibilities include negotiating on behalf of clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and engaging in settlement negotiations. Prior experience includes a role as a Law Clerk, where tasks involved reviewing pre-litigation materials and preparing legal documents. Previously, at Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC, Cornblum served as a Legal Administrator, overseeing contract compliance and participating in HR projects.
