Lionel Thiery has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Lionel started their career in 1995 at Coventya and held various roles, including R&D engineer, R&D manager, technical director for France, and European R&D director. In 2022, they joined MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions as the global director of integration and optimization.

From 1992 to 1993, Lionel THIERY attended Université Besançon, where they obtained a Master's degree in Chimie des matériaux.
