Mahua Chakrabarty is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional Head for HR in the ISEAP region at Maccaferri since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing the people portfolio and aligning people strategy with business growth. Previously, Mahua held the position of Group CHRO at Semac Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from October 2016 to March 2019, focusing on building a productive workplace and leading people operations across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior roles include Sr. Director of HR & Training at Xebia and Director of Human Resources & Training at Hilti Group, along with a managerial role at Quipo Infrastructure & GE Capital. Mahua holds an MBA in Human Resources from IIMT and a Leadership Program Certification from IMD.
