Kobi (Jacob) Katz currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Head of the Technology Division at Maccabi Health Care Services since March 2023. Kobi is also a Venture Partner and holds various leadership positions at Elron Ventures, including Partner and Chief Technology Officer. Additionally, Kobi serves as a Board Member for multiple companies, including RDC Rafael Development Corporation Ltd., Wonder Robotics LTD, OpenLegacy, and AMAREL LTD, and acts as a Board Observer for CyVers. Kobi has a substantial background in technology and defense, having previously held roles such as Head of AI Strategic Vector and VP CIO at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from January 2017 to April 2023. Kobi's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Technology from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
