Ayman Chandab, holding a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Balamand, currently serves as a Facility Manager at Modern Architectural Contracting Company since August 2017. In this role, Ayman coordinates MEP projects for construction within space constraints and code compliance, while overseeing PM activities for various MEP systems including HVAC, FDAS, hydraulics, electrical, and BMS. Prior experience includes a position as a Maintenance Engineer at Saudi Oger Ltd. from April 2009 to January 2011, where Ayman collaborated with the maintenance manager to develop procedures and coordinated maintenance activities with service line managers. Ayman is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Facility Management Professional (FMP).
