Ramona Mendis-Seneviratne is currently a Delivery Coordinator at Macaw since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ramona served as a Service Delivery Manager at Plat4mation from August 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing international support work and acting as the main point of contact for service delivery for numerous clients. Earlier experience includes positions at Equiniti KYC Solutions as Configuration Manager and Service Desk Manager, handling incident and problem management for a SaaS application and providing support to clients. Ramona's background also includes roles in customer service, administration, and volunteer work, complemented by a Master's degree in Political Science from Leiden University and a BSocSc(Hons) in Politics and International Relations from The University of Manchester.
