David Hart serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Relationships at JJR Solutions, LLC since September 2021. With a longstanding commitment to AFCEA International, David is a Life Time Member and has held various leadership roles, including recipient of the AFCEA Medal of Merit and the 2017 AFCEA International Small Business Person of the Year. As the founder of Fast Rope, David promotes peer industry networking, and additionally, operates as an author, speaker, skydiver, and the founder of the Blue Skies For The Good Guys and Gals Warrior Foundation. David has extensive experience in business development through previous roles, including Vice President at Segue Technologies, Inc. and Dayton Defense. An alumnus of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, David also co-founded START Enterprises, LLC.
