Victoria Yates has over 14 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Head of Transformation and Change at Mabey Hire Ltd. Victoria Yates obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management (BSc Hons) from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Victoria further enhanced their qualifications by receiving additional certifications, including becoming an MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager from The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in May 2010, an MCQI Certified Quality Practitioner from The Chartered Quality Institute in January 2016, and a Lean Practitioner from BQF in November 2020.
