Fadwa Omar has over 19 years of experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and executive administration. Currently serving as Governance & Regulatory Compliance Manager at Mabanee Company (K.P.S.C) since April 2004, Fadwa has held various key positions including Acting Governance & Regulatory Compliance Manager and Executive Office Manager & Board Secretary. Prior to this role, Fadwa worked as a Human Resources Officer at Mabanee Company and as Secretary for the Managing Director and General Manager at Kuwaiti Manager Company, owned by KFH. Fadwa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arab Open University and is a Certified Executive Board Secretary through the Global Academic Finance and Management GAFM.
