Michel Dumontier is a distinguished professor at Universiteit Maastricht with extensive expertise in biochemistry and bioinformatics. Dumontier serves as the co-chair for the Semantic Web Health Care and Life Sciences Interest Group (HCLSIG) at W3C and is the scientific director at Bio2RDF.
