Roger Sprague is an experienced professional in the field of process control and systems engineering, currently serving as Process Control Superintendent at Maaden Aluminium Company since March 2016. Prior roles include Senior Process Control Engineer at Maaden, Lead Commissioning Engineer at Origin Energy, and Senior Control System Engineer at Rio Tinto, where significant contributions were made to large-scale projects involving advanced control systems like Emerson DeltaV and ABB infi90. Roger's expertise encompasses the full lifecycle of project management, optimization using lean six sigma methodology, software development for control systems, and IT business analysis.
