Elhame Bourani is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Communications & Marketing at M42 Health while seconded to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Elhame drives comprehensive strategies and fosters cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles include Director of Communications & Marketing at Mubadala Health, where Elhame led a diverse team to enhance organizational communication efforts, and Director of Communications at Mubadala, focusing on launching Mubadala Health. Additionally, Elhame has a solid background in crisis communications and branding with previous experience at Abu Dhabi Airports and as Founder & CEO of The Bulb - Creative Arts Center. Elhame holds a BA in International Relations and Affairs from Richmond University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications Research from the University of Leicester, along with certification as a life coach from the Coaches Training Institute.
