Andrew Scott has worked in a variety of roles in the data science and analytics field. Andrew began their career in 2001 as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of New Mexico. Andrew then moved to the University of Calgary in 2004, where they held a similar position. In 2006, they moved to Griffith University, where they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In 2010, they took a Quantitative Analyst position at ClientKnowledge. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Quantitative Analyst and Senior Credit Risk Analyst at CLS Group. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Quantitative Analyst at CLS Group. Andrew is currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at m3ter, where they help make usage-based pricing easy for any software business.
Andrew Scott received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from The University of Queensland in 2001. In 2012-2013, they completed a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from Wilmott / Fitch 7city learning. Andrew also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from The University of Queensland in 1997.
