Rachel Carducci, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at M33 Growth since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Solamere Capital, LLC, including Controller and Vice President, as well as Accounting Manager, from February 2016 to March 2023. Rachel's earlier experience includes serving as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2008 to January 2016, specializing as an Assurance Manager in the Asset Management practice with a focus on real estate, alternative investment managers, multi-affiliate holding companies, and SEC registrants. Rachel holds both a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
