Smriti Dabar is a Senior Analyst in Product Management at M2P Fintech, having joined the company in March 2019. In this role, Smriti takes complete ownership of projects, encompassing planning, organizing, staffing, implementation, and monitoring. Responsibilities include conducting market research, product ideation, and preparing essential documentation such as scope, product, technical, and user manuals. Smriti's previous experience includes a project internship at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd, where insights into the loan process were gained, and suggestions were made to address delay issues. Smriti holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jodhpur National University.
