Matt Whitehead, PMP, currently serves as the IT Manager of Business Applications at M1 Support Services where support continues for a government contract amidst a company transition. Prior experience includes a tenure at L-3 Communications Army Fleet Support, where elevated credentials in network administration were obtained, alongside roles spanning from IT Applications Manager II to IT Manager, achieving promotions due to exceeding performance expectations. Additional roles as IT Programmer/Analyst at AAA Cooper Transportation and Lowe's Home Improvement involved applications across various departments utilizing the SDLC process for implementation, development, and business analysis. Matt Whitehead holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Computer and Information Science and Psychology from Troy University Dothan and an Associate of Science degree from Wallace Community College.
