Paul Lucas has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Director of Food Service at M.R. Williams, Inc. since October 2018. Prior to this role, Paul held multiple positions at Southco Distributing Company from October 1998 to March 2018, including Food Service Director, Service and Installation Director, and Food Service Development Manager. Paul Lucas is an alumnus of Wayne Community College.
