Matilda Lare has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Matilda began their career as an Intern at the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority in 2011. Matilda then worked as a Customer Service Executive at Spanco BPO from October 2011 to July 2013. Matilda then joined M-KOPA Solar, where they held various roles: they started as a Care Team Rep from July 2013 to July 2014, then became an Assistant Team Leader from August 2014 to February 2015. Matilda later transitioned to the Quality Assurance department and became a Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for driving customer experience and ensuring quality procedures were followed while handling calls. Matilda also coordinated customer feedback and provided solutions to improve customer service. Matilda's most recent position at M-KOPA Solar is an Ag Quality Assurance Lead, which they started in February 2022.
Matilda Lare attended The Kenya Polytechnic from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Diploma in Public Relations and Journalism. Matilda then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Journalism at Moi University from 2007 to 2011. Most recently, in 2023, Matilda completed a Foundation in Data Science program at JENGA School.
