Seppo Kallio has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies. Seppo started their career at Nokia in 1994, where they held various roles such as R&D Manager and Senior Project Manager. Seppo was responsible for managing software development projects and overseeing the UI framework for Symbian smartphones. Seppo also worked on programs related to productization and feature development for Symbian S60 releases.
In 2014, Seppo joined Microsoft as a Product Development Manager, where they led the project management of a new chipset engine. Seppo collaborated with stakeholders such as Qualcomm and Windows to ensure timely delivery of software releases for client product programs.
Since 2016, Seppo has been working at M-Files as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Program Manager. In their current role as Senior Manager, Partner Enablement and Support, they lead a team dedicated to providing technical knowledge, onboarding, and support to partners delivering M-Files solutions. Their team collaborates closely with partner sales, sales engineering, and partner customer success management.
Throughout their career, Seppo has gained experience in project and program management, software development, and partner enablement. Seppo has worked with international and domestic customers, implemented platform customization and integration, and managed various technology programs.
Seppo Kallio completed their education at Tampere University of Technology from 1987 to 1995. During this time, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Technology. In 2016, Seppo obtained the IPMA Level C certification from PRY, Project Management Association Finland.
