Saku Saunamäki has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Saku began their career at Boliden as a Mechanic/Summer Worker and later worked at Metso as a Mechanical Assembler. In 2010, they joined Metso again, this time as a Product Development Engineer and eventually moved up to the role of Development Engineer. In 2018, Saunamäki joined M-Files Corporation as a Subcontracting Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager. In this role, they serve as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring smooth system usage and maximizing adoption and value for customers.

Saku Saunamäki attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a focus in Mechanical Engineering.
