Janne Virtanen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Janne started their career at Sampo-Rosenlew as a Product Manager in August 2005 and stayed in that role until August 2010. Janne then joined Leanware Oy as a Sales Manager in January 2011 and worked there for three years until March 2014. After that, they joined M-Files Corporation as a Sales Manager for four years from March 2014 to June 2018. Janne was then promoted to the role of Sales Executive and later became a Senior Sales Executive in February 2019. Janne is currently still employed at M-Files Corporation in this capacity.

Janne Virtanen completed their Master of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Tampere University of Technology from 1997 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications including M-Files Certified Specialist and M-Files Certified User from M-Files Corporation in May 2014 and April 2014 respectively. Janne also holds a Mastership in Sales, although details regarding the institution and date of completion are not provided.
