Aleksi Lahtinen has a diverse work experience starting in 2012. Aleksi worked for MacPeople Oy as a Salesperson from June 2012 to August 2013, and then joined Tampere University Hospital as a Ward Domestic from October 2012 to August 2013. In December 2015, they became an IT Trainer at Helsingin kaupunki - Helsingfors stad - City of Helsinki until June 2016. Aleksi then went on to study at the University of Tampere as a Student from August 2016. Finally, in November 2018, they joined M-Files as a Systems Specialist and later became a Solutions Architect in March 2022, where they are currently employed.

Aleksi Lahtinen attended Tampere Vocational College Tredu from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology (Datanome). Their field of study was in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Later, from 2016 to 2021, Aleksi pursued their higher education at the University of Tampere 1925-2018. There, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
