Tonya Cross is the Chief Administrative Officer at Lytx, Inc., responsible for leading global functions such as People, Legal, Internal & Executive Communications, and Workplace & Real Estate, while also overseeing Corporate Operations and key change management initiatives. Prior to Lytx, Tonya served as Chief People Officer at Life Technologies, where leadership encompassed global HR legal and employee relations, closely partnering with executive teams. Earlier experience includes working as an Employment Attorney at DLA Piper, advising companies on employment litigation and strategy, and beginning their career as an Employment Services Specialist at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich. Tonya Cross holds a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of San Diego.
