Brad Kammlah is an accomplished leader in learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Learning & Enablement at Lytx, Inc. since January 2025, Brad leads teams in creating impactful learning experiences that enhance sales and customer success. Previously, Brad held several positions at Workday, including Head of Learning & Development for the Global Sales Enablement team, where management of comprehensive training programs for over 15,000 users was integral. Brad also founded Moonshot Leadership, focusing on leadership and talent development, and has held significant roles at Autodesk and Constructware Software, where multiple training initiatives led to marked improvements in employee performance and partner enablement. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Texas A&M University and has further education from UCLA.
