Lauren Thibodeau is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in the SaaS sector. As the founder of SaaSCan, Thibodeau assists Canadian SaaS startups in enhancing their knowledge and confidence through metrics research and mentoring. Thibodeau also serves as a Startup Advisor with Invest Ottawa and Volta, providing expertise in Customer Success and SaaS metrics. Additionally, Thibodeau mentors women founders at L-SPARK and contributes as an angel investor with SheBoot and Capital Angel Network. Thibodeau co-hosts The Metric Stack podcast, sharing insights from industry leaders, and previously served as a Board Director and Committee Chair for iSisters Technology Mentoring.
