Hamza O. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and project management within the technology and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Lyric since August 2019, Hamza O. manages a diverse client portfolio and oversees service delivery teams for various implementations. In a concurrent role as Director of Client Services at Change Healthcare, beginning in April 2017, Hamza O. leads large software implementations for the Healthcare Payor industry and collaborates closely with account management to shape client roadmaps.
