Jill Grogg currently serves as a Senior Strategist for the Communities & Scholarly Communication Initiatives Team at LYRASIS since October 2015. In addition to this role, Jill has been an Adjunct Professor at the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Alabama since August 2005, teaching courses in library user instruction, electronic resource management, research strategies, and academic libraries. Previous positions include Reference Librarian Manager at Xcenda and E-Resources Coordinator/Professor at The University of Alabama. Jill also held roles as Serials Librarian/Assistant Professor and Instruction Librarian/Assistant Professor at Mississippi State University. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
