Jorge Lucio is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems support and management. Currently serving as IT Manager and Lead IT Systems Specialist at Lyra Health since February 2019, Jorge has previously held the position of Lead Desktop Systems Support at SugarCRM, where leadership of a team supporting over 500 users across multiple regions was key to success. Earlier experience includes roles as Infrastructure Support Analyst at WattStopper, providing support for more than 200 users, and Desktop Systems Specialist at Kestrel Solutions and Lattice Semiconductor, focusing on desktop and laptop PC configuration and support. Jorge holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Information Technology from Heald College, earned between 1995 and 1997.
