Jonathan Hawkes is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in healthcare and fundraising environments. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Lyra Health since July 2020, Jonathan leads a team focused on clinician performance operations for a growing remote workforce of licensed therapists. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions including Operations Manager at Humu and Assistant Director of Principal Gift Strategy and Planning at the University of California, San Francisco, where significant contributions were made to a $5 billion campaign. Jonathan's background also includes major gift fundraising roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, where skills in relationship management, campaign strategy, and donor engagement were honed. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University.
