Shelly Schneckenburger/Conboy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and community leadership. Currently serving as President of the Macedon Palmyra Walworth Chambers of Commerce since May 2016, Shelly has also held the position of Assistant Branch Manager at Lyons National Bank since November 2012. Prior experience includes a similar role at Citizens Bank from 2007 to 2013. Shelly's educational background includes studies at Monroe Community College and the State University of New York at Fredonia.
