Didier Laurent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Manager Lean & Méthodes Industrielles at LYNRED since November 2021. Prior to this role, Didier held various significant positions at Safran from July 2003 to November 2022, including Stream Leader for Industrial PLM and ERP projects, Director of Industrialization and Continuous Improvement, and Director of Production and Continuous Improvement in the microelectronics sector. Additionally, Didier has experience with ALCATEL SPACE / THALES, managing production lines and industrial transfers, and worked at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. in configuration management and information systems project leadership. Didier holds a Mastère Spécialisé in Management Logistique Globale from the Institut Supérieur de Logistique Industriel (ISLI) and an engineering degree in Information Management Systems from CY Tech.
