John Conway is an accomplished professional in the fields of animation and visual effects, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Lynn University since January 2018. With a diverse background, John has also been an After Effects and Maya Artist at Animatic Media Inc. since June 2011, focusing on compositing, motion graphics, and character animation. Freelance work as an animation and VFX specialist has been pursued since January 2009 with C3 Motion Graphics. Prior to these roles, John was a Professor at Digital Media Arts College from January 2006 to January 2018 and held an adjunct professor position at Lynn University from January 2008 to December 2010. Additional experience includes a brief tenure in motion graphics and camera tracking at Zimmerman Advertising in mid-2012. John holds a Master of Fine Arts in Computer Arts from Florida Atlantic University and two Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in 3D Computer Animation from both Atlanta College of Art and Savannah College of Art and Design.
