Rebecca Nuernberger is a Family Nurse Practitioner currently working at Lynn Community Health Center since August 2023. With extensive experience in healthcare, Nuernberger served as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Manager at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center from July 2007 to August 2023. Nuernberger also held positions as a Project Manager/Instructor at MGH Institute of Health Professions and Adjunct Faculty at Simmons College. In addition, Nuernberger completed a PhD in Public Policy Analysis at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, successfully defending a dissertation focused on immigrant well-being and nutrition service access by legal status. Educational qualifications include an MSN in Advanced Practice Nursing from Boston College and a BA in Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Grinnell College. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps from 2000 to 2002.
